Select Appointments in Newmarket is seeking a Breakfast Chef for a prestigious luxury hotel. You will lead breakfast service, craft panels with quality ingredients, and contribute to the team in a busy 4-red-star environment.

Working 40 hours over 5 days, including evenings and weekends, you’ll present dishes to a high standard and bring ideas to the table while staying calm under pressure. This role offers a supportive, quality-focused kitchen team.

Qualifications

• You must be a qualified Breakfast Chef with a passion for high-standard breakfast service.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine-dining environments preferred.
• Ability to work under busy service and maintain presentation.

Breakfast Chef – Newmarket upto £31,000

Looking for a Breakfast Chef role where you can work with quality ingredients, a talented kitchen team and a luxury hotel environment? My client is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join their team at a prestigious 4 Red Star hotel and spa in Newmarket.

You’ll be preparing and presenting fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard, working with local, high-quality ingredients and supporting the wider kitchen team. This Breakfast Chef role suits a chef who enjoys busy service, takes pride in presentation and can stay calm under pressure. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, develop your skills and take ownership of your section.
