Job summary

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare fresh local breakfast dishes to a high standard, work on a busy service, and help showcase our seasonal menu.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rota of five days out of seven, including evenings and weekends. Candidates should stay calm under pressure and bring passion, creativity and strong teamwork to our privately owned luxury hotel.

The Position

As Breakfast Chef you will be fully up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, preparing fresh local foods for our guests and supporting the Kitchen Team. You must have experience with pressure in a busy high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high quality ingredients, whilst remaining calm under pressure.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You will be working on rota basis, 5 days out of 7. You must be available to work evenings and weekends.
