Job summary

Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa in Newmarket is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare fresh local breakfast dishes to a high standard, work on a busy service, and help showcase our seasonal menu.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rota of five days out of seven, including evenings and weekends. Candidates should stay calm under pressure and bring passion, creativity and strong teamwork to our privately owned luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience of cooking fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Passion and creative flair, eager to learn and develop.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to remain calm and focused on quality during busy service.
• Experience in leading a section, strong team player.
• Bring fresh ideas and experience to the team.
