The King’s Head Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead their breakfast service with energy and pride in presentation. You’ll ensure consistent quality, freshness and timely delivery in a busy kitchen set in a picturesque North Yorkshire location.

We value punctuality, hygiene, and teamwork as you work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in a breakfast kitchen is essential.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and safe handling.
• Strong eye for detail in portioning and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and quality.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Be a punctual, reliable early riser and keep good time-keeping.

You’ll Fit Right Inn

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
