Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join a business with a philosophy and an award-winning, highly experienced team committed to the highest standards of food and service, using the best local produce.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

• Ensure all food and products are prepared and served according to standards, including portioning, cooking, and presentation
• Follow high standards of food hygiene and health & safety guidelines
• Innovate by creating new dishes
• Showcase the area's best produce
• Contract: 48 hours over 5 days
