Our Kitchen Assistants/Team Members are responsible for preparing our food offering to the highest quality and standards. Their role is crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation in the kitchen.

Opening hours: from 10.00am to 2.00am, Monday to Sunday

What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:

• Ensure the kitchen is set up and ready for each service with the right amount of prepared Pasta Sauces and ingredients, maintaining par levels and minimizing wastage.
• Wear a full smart clean uniform and protective clothing as required.
• Adhere to Pasta Evangelists standards to ensure high-quality products for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with all health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Monitor ingredient availability and inform team leaders in advance.
• Record food information, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and maintain accurate wastage records.
• Utilize SOPs to maximize food quality and speed.
• Keep equipment temperature records and follow safe food handling procedures.
