Job Description

Breakfast Chef required for a high-end Hotel and Restaurant. This breakfast offering is a plated service, presented in a high-end manner using quality ingredients. The Breakfast Chef will prepare a variety of egg dishes, breakfast items, and other tempting dishes to start guests' days right. The role offers a salary of £35,500 plus £3,500 service charge (total £39,000 package), with live-in accommodation available at only £260 per month.

The Role
We are seeking a Breakfast Chef at Chef de Partie level who can independently manage a breakfast operation. You will utilize your fresh food and Rosette background to present dishes beautifully, ensure all prep is completed before service, cook to order during service, and prepare for the next day. You will also support the main kitchen with prep and lunch service. This role includes all typical Breakfast Chef duties.

Experience
Candidates should be at Chef de Partie level or currently working as a breakfast chef, with Rosette-level skills, good knife skills, and a passion for breakfast presentation. This is not a large-scale buffet breakfast role; it requires a passion for this style of presentation and a desire for regular nights off.
