Breakfast Assistant – Part‑time contract at The Refuge – Kimpton Clocktower.

About the Role

• Helping guests enjoy a pleasant and efficient breakfast service.
• Greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, serving food and drinks.
• Clearing tables and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Replenishing buffet items, handling guest requests, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a smooth checkout and seating process for guests.
• Managing daily breakfast service operations to meet the high standards of The Refuge.
• Actively assisting guests with any special requests during service.
• Keeping the dining area presentable and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering great service, food and drinks.
• Previous experience as an event waiter, bartender or similar is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with customers in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a wide hotel team.
• Must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
