Tangle Teezer, a global brand within BIC World, seeks a Social Content Manager to own our end-to-end visual content engine. You’ll bridge brand strategy with daily social output, managing fast-turnaround video and static assets across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.

This hybrid role blends on-camera presence with strong production and editing capabilities. You will collaborate with the Snr Social Manager and Creative team to translate campaigns into native social formats,

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating short-form video and social content.
• Data-informed marketer linking social content to brand strategy and commercial goals.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube algorithms.
• Expert-level capture using iPhone and professional cameras with editing for static assets.
• Agile, trend-responsive with ability to test formats and analyze performance data.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Visual storytelling, framing, color coordination, prop styling, and set aesthetic.
• Excellent organizational skills for asset management and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Brand Strategy & Social Execution with the Creative team.
• Own platform-native, fast-turnaround social assets (video and static).
• Hybrid videography & photography using mobile and professional gear.
• Social Creative Directing on set design, framing, and styling.
• On-Camera Brand Representation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.
• Data-driven calendar agility, adapt calendar to trends and performance.
• Post-production and native optimization using CapCut, TikTok Editor, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
