Tangle Teezer Ltd, London-based, seeks a Social Content Manager to own end-to-end visual content. You are a hybrid creator, blending production flair with brand strategy to deliver native, high-frequency social content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.

You will bridge brand strategy with social execution, manage on-camera hosting, and direct styling and post-production using CapCut, Premiere Pro and Photoshop. This is a hybrid role with in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating short-form video and social content for a high-growth brand or agency.
• Data-informed marketer linking social to brand goals and commercial outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube algorithms.
• Expertise in multi-format capture with iPhone and professional cameras; strong editing.
• Ability to spot trends, test formats quickly, and adapt content calendars.
• Collaborative, fast-paced partner with cross-functional teams.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, color, and set styling.
• Meticulous asset management and shoot scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Bridge brand strategy and social execution from high-level guidance to native content.
• Own platform-native assets (video and static) complementing long-term visuals.
• Capture high-performing visuals using mobile setups and pro gear.
• Direct on-set design, framing, styling, and aesthetic direction across shoots.
• Represent the brand on-camera across TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.
• Incorporate data into the content calendar and adjust priorities based on performance.
• Edit footage and design graphics using native tools and Adobe suite, applying best practices.
