Tangle Teezer Ltd is seeking a Creative Lead to transform briefs and product stories into distinctive, commercially viable campaigns across social, digital, eCommerce and packaging. You will drive concept development, planning, shoots and post‑production while balancing hands‑on delivery with leadership of external partners.

With a strong storytelling viewpoint, you’ll present to senior management and ensure campaigns reflect the brand aesthetic while meeting budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and lead creative campaigns across channels (social, digital, packaging).
• Experience turning briefs into marketable campaigns with strong concepting.
• Ability to manage shoots, production budgets and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across social, digital, visual merchandising and POS.
• Own budgets, schedules, casting, locations and post‑production within approvals.
