Requirements include 4+ years creating short-form video and imagery for a high-growth brand, a data-driven mindset, and on-camera storytelling. The role offers 2 days in the office and 3 from home, with a salary from £47,000 and a 15% performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating short‑form video, static imagery, and social content for a high‑growth brand, agency, or media publication.
• Data‑driven marketer who links social content to brand strategy and commercial goals.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Brand Strategy & Social Execution: translate brand vision into native social content.
• Differentiate Agile Social from Master Creative: own platform-native assets.
• Hybrid Videography & Photography: capture high-performing content with mobile and pro gear.
• Social Creative Directing: align on set design, framing, and aesthetics with the team.
• On‑camera Brand Representation: host tutorials and trend explainers across platforms.
• Data‑Driven Calendar Agility: adjust content calendar based on performance data.
• Post‑Production & Native Optimization: edit and apply platform best practices.
