Cottrell Moore Ltd in London is seeking a Social Media Content Manager who can own day-to-day retained social accounts, manage content calendars, and collaborate with clients to turn briefs into engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

You'll lead content creation from scripting to editing, mentor junior creatives, and help grow client work through pitches while staying on brand, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency or in-house social media experience.
• Hands-on video content creation and editing, on/off camera.
• Strong account management with client communication.
• Proactive, well organised with independent workload management.
• Ability to turn briefs into compelling social/content approaches.
• Solid understanding of major social platforms and trends.
• Agency experience preferred with fast-paced processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day retained social media client accounts, managing content calendars, client communications and ongoing delivery.
• Create and deliver high-performing, social-first video content, from scripting and shooting to editing, both in front of and behind the camera.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, leading content planning, managing feedback and presenting clear creative recommendations.
• Contribute to social and content strategies for retained clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and support pitches and proposals.
• Ensure platform-native creative across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and report on content performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve engagement and results.
• Manage production workflows and workloads, delivering on time and within agreed scope and budget.
• Support and mentor junior team members and work with external creators to ensure quality and reliable delivery.
