Job summary

Tangle Teezer is seeking a Creative Lead to transform briefs into distinctive, commercially viable campaigns across social, digital, and packaging. You’ll lead shoots, plan budgets, and coordinate partners while maintaining brand identity.

You’ll balance hands-on creative delivery with managing resources and collaborating with Senior Managers across Brand, Product, Social, PR, and eCommerce to drive global campaigns forward.

Qualifications

• Substantial creative production experience – managing shoots, production budgets, external partners and post‑production.
• Substantial creative concept development – pitching ideas fit for the consumer and delivering integrated campaigns suited to brand and channels.
• Understand beauty audiences, trends and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns, shoots and content production from creative development to final delivery.
• Maintain brand and concept consistency across social, digital, visual merchandising and point of sale.
• Own planning, budgets, schedules, casting, locations, suppliers, shoot logistics and post-production.
• Lead on‑set production with creative leadership and external partners to deliver the agreed vision.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers across Brand, Product, Social, PR, eCommerce and Marketing.
