The Highlands, Regent Street LTD (trading as Barbour) is seeking a Brand Merchandiser to lead merchandise planning and trading strategies across Highlands Partner Stores. You will drive commercial performance, seasonal planning, and stock management to align with brand objectives and store trading requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable merchandising experience in retail/fashion.
• Forecasting, range planning, stock management and trading analysis experience.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, small business environment and deliver targets.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel abilities.
• Knowledge of BI reporting tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build external partnerships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial performance of Highlands Barbour Partner Stores.
• Develop seasonal merchandise plans to drive sales and margin growth.
• Lead trading actions to maximise sell-through and minimise stock risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
• Lead periodic business reviews and present performance and risks.
• Collaborate on seasonal forecasting, assortment planning and order-building processes.
• Monitor stock, margin and inventory productivity across stores.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
