Job summary

Barbour is seeking a Store Merchandiser to lead merchandise planning and trading strategies for the Highlands Partner Stores in London. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and inventory efficiency, acting as a strategic partner across the Highlands Group and Barbour to align assortments with store needs and brand objectives.

The role liaises with Highlands Retail and Warehouse teams to optimize performance and support expansion opportunities, serving as the primary merchandising contact

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising within a retail/fashion environment.
• Forecasting, range planning, stock management and trading analysis experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data-led recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of Highlands Barbour Partner Stores.
• Develop seasonal merchandise plans to grow sales and margin.
• Lead seasonal forecasting, assortment planning and order-building.
• Monitor sales, stock and inventory productivity across locations.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for improvement.
