Belstaff is seeking a Branch Merchandiser to establish and lead the Branch Merchandising function within the Belstaff Merchandising Team. The role focuses on improving processes and delivering KPIs across DTC channels, while driving sales, profit and margin through effective planning and trading.

You will work to develop department strategy, manage allocations, stock levels and seasonal floor sets, coordinating with Collection Merchandising, Production and Allocation teams to optimise outcomes.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in omni-channel RTW apparel brand.
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales and margin targets.
• Advanced Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Commercial, analytical and collaborative; calm under pressure and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Trading: Develop the department and category strategy, growing sales and profit across all channels through planning and trading.
• Strategy & Trading: Analyse performance to identify risks and opportunities, adjusting financial plans, OTB and on-order to optimise margin and sales.
• Strategy & Trading: Deliver a balanced option framework by channel; control stock within planned levels and markdown targets, maximise sales by size availability.
