TFG London, Hobbs Brand, is seeking a Senior Merchandiser on a permanent contract to manage merchandising across Hobbs. You will trade the range with Buying to maximise profit, with a strong emphasis on planning, forecasting, stock management, OTB and performance reporting.

The role includes coaching and line managing a team, driving margin and reducing stock risk, and collaborating with Design, central teams and DC to optimise the product mix and stock availability.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of multiple departments to deliver planned sales, margin and stock targets.
• Plan allocations and stock packages, liaise with DC and merchandising team to manage risks and opportunities.
• Manage development of the range with Buying and Design in line with OTB and intake margin.
• Lead lessons learnt to inform short- and long-term strategies and decisions.
