The role
As Brand Marketing Director, reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, you’ll be the architect of Noli’s brand identity, translating our complex yet compelling value proposition into a clear and resonant message for consumers. You'll bridge the gap between science and emotion, ensuring that our cutting-edge AI technology is perceived not just as innovative, but also as trustworthy and user-friendly. You’ll define how Noli's brand is presented to the world, shaping perceptions and building a loyal community of users who value personalization and trust.
You’ll own the end-to-end brand strategy, leading key channels including influencer marketing, social media, PR, and content production (SEO, onsite, paid), and organic engagement. You’ll work closely with the Ecommerce Director, who oversees performance marketing, acquisition and retention efforts, creating a seamless partnership between brand and growth.
We’re seeking a seasoned brand leader with a proven track record of success in the startup world. Someone who understands how to build brands from the ground up, can translate complex technology into compelling consumer narratives, and has the leadership and organizational skills to inspire and execute with precision.
