The role

As Brand Marketing Director, reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, you’ll be the architect of Noli’s brand identity, translating our complex yet compelling value proposition into a clear and resonant message for consumers. You'll bridge the gap between science and emotion, ensuring that our cutting-edge AI technology is perceived not just as innovative, but also as trustworthy and user-friendly. You’ll define how Noli's brand is presented to the world, shaping perceptions and building a loyal community of users who value personalization and trust.

You’ll own the end-to-end brand strategy, leading key channels including influencer marketing, social media, PR, and content production (SEO, onsite, paid), and organic engagement. You’ll work closely with the Ecommerce Director, who oversees performance marketing, acquisition and retention efforts, creating a seamless partnership between brand and growth.

We’re seeking a seasoned brand leader with a proven track record of success in the startup world. Someone who understands how to build brands from the ground up, can translate complex technology into compelling consumer narratives, and has the leadership and organizational skills to inspire and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Define, craft, and champion Noli’s brand identity, ensuring it’s consistently reflected across all consumer-facing channels (website, social media, PR, partnerships, and more).
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate Noli's unique value proposition, emphasizing the power of AI-driven personalization while building trust and excitement.
  • Marketing Activation: Drive awareness, engagement, and love for Noli through innovative campaigns and activations that resonate with our target audience.
  • Content Production: Own the creation of high-quality content for SEO, onsite, and paid channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and drives organic growth.
  • Social media, Influencer & PR Management: Develop and execute strategies for social media, influencer partnerships and PR campaigns that amplify Noli’s story and build trust with consumers and corporates.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing brand marketing team (initially small but with growth potential), fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Ecommerce Director and Product teams to ensure brand and performance efforts are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
  • Insights & Analytics: Measure the impact of brand marketing initiatives using data-driven insights, continuously refining strategies to optimize results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Startup Experience: Proven success building or scaling a brand at a startup, ideally from early-stage to significant growth.
  • Brand Builder: Deep expertise in crafting compelling brand narratives and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness and loyalty.
  • Channel Ownership: Proven experience managing influencer marketing, social, PR, and content production with measurable impact.
  • Leadership Skills: You’re an inspiring leader who can build and manage teams, ensuring they stay organized and focused on driving results.
  • Strategic & Tactical: You blend big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, thriving in environments where you wear many hats.
  • Organizational Excellence: You’re methodical and structured, balancing creativity with operational discipline.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Ecommerce) to align strategies and drive shared goals.
  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform consumer experiences, especially in beauty-tech.
  • Location Flexibility: You’re willing to work from our London office at least three days a week to foster collaboration and team culture.
