The Business:

We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an impressive brand portfolio and are constantly innovating their product range. They hire high-caliber individuals and support their personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will oversee one of the company's flagship brands, focusing on driving growth, managing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities into new markets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.

Your responsibilities include leading the brand strategy in the UK, launching new product developments, managing artwork for packaging, analyzing brand performance, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably in food
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success in managing FMCG brands
