They have an enviable brand portfolio and are constantly looking to innovate their product range and category. They hire high-calibre individuals and work closely with the team on their personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of the business's most well-known brands, focusing on driving growth, managing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities into new markets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing plans within an allocated budget to achieve targets in sales, profit, and market share.

The role includes leading the brand strategy in the UK market, launching new product developments (NPD), managing artwork development for packaging, analyzing brand performance regularly, overseeing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy for the brand.

Required Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in the food sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven success in managing FMCG brands.
