About The Job

Introduction & Job Detail: Key role for the business, with the overall mission to drive Aptamil’s share performance by leading key elements of digital transformation plan and full portfolio activation.

Drive Aptamil digital transformation

Brand Lead on Aptamil owned digital channels including web, LLM and wider digital ecosystem, ensuring content is easily discoverable by consumers and meetings consumer conversion targets.

Work across wide cross functional team of digital experts and content creators to ensure brand strategy is executed with excellence in digital channels.

Drive for continuous learning and improvement via rigorous KPI tracking and action plans (including test and learn).

Lead entry + trade up portfolio (liquids / tabs)

Contribute to development and delivery of annual marketing plan & business targets by maximizing performance of trade up portfolio and impact on total brand value share.

Work with comms leads to activate trade up portfolio leveraging relevant consumer moments and insights to develop compelling digital content in social and influencer comms.

Responsible for trade up portfolio P+L, including leading on PPA, renovation and innovation projects.

Track portfolio performance vs KPIs and proactively recommend risks and opportunities.

Lead D comm and conversion channels

Brand lead on maximizing D Comm channel as both education and conversion driving tool for brand, working with cross functional experts to develop strategy, bring to life action plans and monitor performance vs KPIs.

Please note that the basic salary on offer for this position is between £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus & benefits.
