Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks.
• Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale).
• Monitor marketing trends and analyze competitive products in the marketplace.
• Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning.
• Serve as the key marketing contact for cross-functional teams.
• Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product launches.
• Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns.
• Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team.
• Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within established frameworks.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of marketing, including advertising, market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working for a sports or clothing brand is preferred.
• Self-motivated, positive, and a problem solver.
• Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
