Superdry is seeking a Brand Lead/Retail Team Leader to motivate and guide the in-store team, delivering exceptional brand experiences. You will work with store leadership to smash targets, maintain the store look, handle cash and opening/closing duties, and model the brand values daily.

Ideally you bring retail leadership, strong customer focus, and a passion for style. The role offers flexible patterns, a clothing allowance, and a competitive hourly rate in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in retail/sales and operations in store.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the associate team to achieve store targets.
• Deliver exceptional brand experience and service in store.
• Make decisions in customers' interests and handle issues in store.
• Act as brand ambassador modelling behaviours and style.
• Ensure store appearance aligns with the Superdry look and standards.
• Open/close the store, manage cash handling and keys.
• Support compliance, loss prevention and health and safety.
• Collaborate with management to drive performance and KPI outcomes.
