Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Brand Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences in-store and lead a team to achieve store targets. This role focuses on brand standards, product knowledge, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will model our values, manage the team, and own daily tasks from store operations to safeguarding cash handling. A hands-on leader who loves style and customer engagement will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/sales and store operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and proactive with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the associate team to hit store targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Deliver the ultimate in-store brand experience through product knowledge and brand standards.
• Confidently resolve consumer issues in store and make decisions in the best interest of customers.
• Maintain store appearance and brand standards, driving commercial awareness and KPI performance.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and key-holding responsibilities.
