Superdry is seeking a Brand Lead to join our in-store leadership team in Rushden. You’ll drive the customer brand experience, model our values and support management to motivate the team to exceed store targets.

You are an experienced retailer with a passion for style, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced environment and own store tasks from merchandising to security and daily operations.
