Job summary

Superdry in Scotland is seeking a Brand Lead to inspire the in-store team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will support the Store Leader to hit targets, model the brand values, and maintain store standards with ownership of POS and cash handling where required.

We are looking for someone passionate about style, strong in customer service, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in retail/sales and operations in-store
• Ability to create memorable customer experiences
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the in-store team to deliver exceptional service
• Deliver the brand experience and product knowledge to customers
• Handle consumer issues and make decisions in the store
• Open/close the store and manage cash handling where needed
• Support the Store Leader in achieving store targets and standards
• Act as a brand ambassador and role model for team behaviours
