Jazwares, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Integrity for Squishmallows in London. You will lead brand direction, protect quality, and collaborate with licensees and internal teams to grow the brand globally.

You will drive creative direction, streamline approvals, and mentor a team while aligning with business goals and market trends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand management, marketing, licensing, or related consumer goods.
• 3+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of branding principles, manufacturing constraints, product development cycles.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary creative contact for assigned licensees by leading regular meetings and translating trends into brand-aligned strategies.
• Review product designs, packaging, marketing collateral, and pre-production samples to ensure brand identity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strategic alignment and elevate brand presence across channels.
• Monitor product approval calendars, manage deadlines, and ensure on-time delivery of assets and reviews.
• Curate creative assets and mock-ups to inspire licensees and provide design solutions.
