Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Integrity to protect, elevate, and expand the Squishmallows brand globally. You will lead creative direction, approve designs, and drive process improvements while guiding a team of direct reports toward brand excellence.

You’ll collaborate with licensees and internal partners to ensure quality, age-appropriate appeal, and timely delivery of assets, while shaping brand strategy across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, business, brand management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, licensing, or related field in consumer goods.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Illustrator, Photoshop) required.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with external partners/licenses.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary creative contact for assigned licensees and guide brand direction.
• Translate trends into differentiated, brand-aligned strategies across channels.
• Ensure product differentiation by channel and support retail strategy.
• Review product designs, packaging, and marketing collateral for brand integrity.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with retail, marketing, social, events, and business teams.
• Monitor approvals, manage deadlines, and ensure timely asset delivery.
• Curate brand-right creative mock-ups to inspire collections.
• Mentor and develop direct reports while delegating effectively.
