Note: This role requires weekend and evening work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service and create memorable visitor experiences as part of the visitor centre team.
• Guide guests through our distillery, representing the brand and Diageo, using comprehensive training.
• Assist with ticket sales, promote our brand, and provide information about our visitor experience.
• Perform shop duties, upsell products, and merchandise in the retail area.
• Help plan and execute special events throughout the year.
