• Own Home Care brand growth plan (3-year roadmap)
• Translate consumer trends into opportunities
• Cross-functional collaboration with IE&E, Omni Shopper and Media

Responsabilidades

• Own the Home Care brand growth plan and 3-year strategic roadmap for the Hub
• Define must-win battles from consumer insights and market dynamics
• Protect brand architecture and ensure local relevance of portfolio
• Lead brand messaging, campaign hierarchy, and media briefing alignment
• Own P&L, pricing strategy, budgeting and ROI for growth initiatives
