Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to deliver an engaging store experience in Liverpool. You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, and help create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand.

You will support replenishment and maintain presentation standards on the shop floor, manage checkout transactions, and assist with online orders and in-store pick-up to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience focusing on warmth and helpfulness.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and presentation standards.
• Experience handling purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Familiarity with online order support including in-store pick-up and ship-from-store processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Support Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
