Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life, engaging customers with care and representing our brand authentically. You’ll help create a welcoming environment across categories and assist shoppers in finding what they need.

The role covers selling, maintaining store presentation, handling cash wrap transactions, and supporting online orders including in-store pickup and ship-from-store services in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers and offer product support and styling guidance.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and keep the store visually presented and organized.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently at checkout.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders and fulfill In-Store Pick-Up and ship-from-store orders.
