Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life, engaging customers with care and representing our brand authentically in a welcoming environment.

You’ll help customers find what they need, support styling across categories, and maintain a visually consistent sales floor while processing purchases and returns at the cash wrap. The role also covers omni-channel tasks like fulfilling online orders and in-store pickups.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders and fulfilling in-store pick-up/store shipments.
