Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies are seeking a Counter Lead to support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share through consumer-focused service. You will reflect a credible brand image, maximise sales and maintain high retail standards while adhering to store procedures.

You will plan local marketing and events, deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage refunds and complaints, and use digital channels to grow the brand's loyal consumer base across the retailer network.
