• Ability to support sales and enhance customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sales on the shop floor and enhance customer experience.
• Handle operational tasks like working on tills and restocking.
• Maintain the historic flagship store and its cleanliness.
• Cover the tea bar by brewing and serving tea.
• Run Masterclasses on tea knowledge and Twinings' history.
• Facilitate bespoke experiences and liaise with the Twinings team.
