Costa Coffee in the UK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, ensuring smooth operations, a memorable customer experience, and a warm, collaborative team culture. You will lead the team, oversee all aspects of store operations, including cash handling, stock, standards, in-store marketing and customer relationships, while fostering growth and learning.

A passion for coffee and people is essential, with supervisory experience and Barista Maestro accreditation

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail management experience required.
• Strong customer service and brand ambassador skills.
• Barista Maestro accreditation or willingness to obtain is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Help set up store for success alongside Store Manager.
• Lead the team to deliver an outstanding Costa coffee experience.
• Oversee cash, stock, standards, in-store marketing and procedures.
• Monitor KPI reports and translate into daily/weekly actions.
• Coach and develop the team, delegating tasks as needed.
