Qualifications

• Customer Service and sales experience required.
• Experience handling credit card transactions.
• Previous experience in customer service and retail environment.
• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Greet customers, upsell, and provide product knowledge.
• Handle POS transactions and manage tills.
