Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Bath is seeking a Counter Lead to support brand initiatives on the counter. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards across the counter, ensuring a credible brand image at all times.

You will manage daily replenishment, merchandising, promotions, and local events in line with company guidelines, while building a loyal consumer base and collaborating with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share through customer focus.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy and local marketing initiatives aligned with retailer activity.
• Maintain retail standards, stock movement, and administration within company guidelines.
• Lead health, safety, and security procedures to achieve audit ratings.
• Recruit and retain consumers through events and digital channels.
