Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Reading is seeking a Counter Lead to drive sales turnover and market share by delivering exceptional service and brand standards. You will monitor daily targets, manage stock and promotions, plan local events, and act as a brand ambassador, while engaging customers across digital and in-store channels.

You will focus on social media engagement, customer recruitment, and maintaining flawless retail presentation, ensuring a premium brand experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Commercial understanding and awareness of industry.
• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement local marketing & events initiatives, aligned to Retailer activity.
• Deliver excellence in execution of service, creating a zero complaints mindset.
• Lead by example to ensure Brand values are represented and bought to life.
• Manage daily replenishment, stock movements and promotions in line with Company guidelines.
• Utilise commercial reports to make informed decisions and maximise sales performance.
• Ensure shopping standards, pricing, and merchandising are maintained to guidelines.
