Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Reading is seeking a Counter Lead to support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share while remaining consumer focused. You will reflect a credible Brand image, maximise sales, and ensure excellent service across all store activities.

Delivery of Brand Strategy and local plans, plus local marketing events, will be part of the role. You will act as a Brand ambassador, manage refunds, and leverage digital tools to enhance the consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment.
• Ability to drive self-development.
• Commercial understanding and awareness of industry.
• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

• Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy and local plan to drive turnover and market share.
• Plan and implement local marketing & events initiatives aligned to retailer activity.
• Deliver excellence in service, aiming for zero consumer complaints and a delightful experience.
• Be an Ambassador for the Brand and uphold Brand values in-store.
• Manage refunds and complaints per Company guidelines with appropriate escalation.
