Job summary
N2O in Maidenhead is seeking Talent Management Executives to ensure we recruit the best contractors for our marketing campaigns. You will search our system and match skill sets, location and availability to current vacancies, coordinating with Campaign Management to resource campaigns effectively.
You will conduct inbound and outbound calls to profile contractors, follow up bookings with admin, and maintain contractor records in BMS.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a general administration/customer service environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and clear verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and organise competing demands.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Campaign Management to ensure understanding of the campaign brief for resourcing.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to select and book profiled contractors.
- Follow up bookings with internal administration and send information pack to contractors.
- Provide updates on campaigns to line manager in line with procedures.
- Maintain contractor records in BMS and supply contractor information as required.
- Contribute feedback to BMS development for improvements to contractor services.
