Role: Brand Account Executive at AGORA in London

• This is a full-time on-site role.
• Lead the onboarding process of new sellers (brands, distributors, retailers) to selling on TikTok.
• Maintain proactive and continuous communication with sellers to ensure a frictionless experience and optimize their online sales.
• Track sellers’ performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
• Collaborate with the Community team to identify opportunities to push sales through video content.
• Think creatively to dominate TikTok e-commerce sales.

Who you are:

• Previous experience is not required; however, a strong academic record from a top university is essential.
• High enthusiasm for e-commerce and startup environments.
• Relentless problem solver with quick thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinker proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Interested in social media, especially TikTok, and excited about video-driven sales as the next e-commerce revolution.
