• This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Account Executive at AGORA in London
• Lead the onboarding process of new sellers (brands, distributors, retailers) to selling on TikTok
• Proactive and continuous communication with sellers to ensure a frictionless experience and most importantly to optimize their online sales
• Track sellers’ performance and suggest improvements to increase sales
• Work closely with Community team to identify opportunities to push sales through video content!
• Think creatively to dominate TikTok e-commerce sales!

Who you are:

• Previous experience is not required but you must have a strong record of academic excellence with a degree from a top university
• High enthusiasm for e-commerce and a startup environment
• Are relentless at problem solving and can think quickly on your feet
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
• Are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
• Analytical thinker and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Interested in social media, mainly TikTok, and are excited about the next revolution in e-commerce: video-driven sales!
