Job summary

The Stevenson Group in Reading is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer service excellence and achieve branch KPIs. You will oversee H&S standards, supervise staff, and act as an escalation point for customer issues, while covering the BM duties in their absence.

Strong leadership, frontline management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite will help you coordinate rostering, stock control, and branch administration effectively.

Qualifications

• 3 years management/supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Manager to meet branch standards.
• Ensure branch KPIs are achieved.
• Oversee health and safety standards.
• Staff supervision and recruitment support.
• Cover Branch Manager duties in their absence.
• Key holding and out-of-hours alarms.
• Attend selling/display events as needed.
• Stock management and Takings investigations.
• Monitor branch appointments.
• Produce daily floor rota, including lunches.
• Respond to branch and personal inbox(es).
