Role: Branch Supervisor - Stratford Upon Avon

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations
• Building rapport with customers and suppliers, responding to queries, and processing sales
• Serving customers on the trade counter with advice and product knowledge
• General warehouse duties: goods in/out, order picking and packing, merchandising

This is a full-time, permanent role, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, hours may vary, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (12 noon paid as overtime).

Candidate requirements:

• Previous industry or merchant experience (desirable)
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a small team; ability to step up in the Branch Manager's absence
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers
• Sales or customer service experience
