As a Branch Supervisor based in Ludlow (SY8 1XF), your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations
• Building rapport with customers and suppliers, responding to inquiries, and processing sales
• Serving customers at the trade counter with advice and product knowledge
• General warehouse duties and supporting delivery driving when needed

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7.30 am and 5 pm, with no weekend work required.

What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:

• Experience in a supervisory role or as a confident Sales Advisor seeking career progression
• Previous industry or merchant experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships
