Branch Supervisor - Ludlow (SY8 1XF) - Plumb Centre

Role overview: As a Branch Supervisor in Ludlow (SY8 1XF), you will:

1. Support the Branch Manager with daily operations.
2. Build rapport with customers and suppliers, handle queries, and process sales.
3. Serve customers at the trade counter, providing advice and product knowledge.
4. Assist in warehouse tasks and support delivery driving as needed.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, until 5 pm. No weekend work is required.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in a supervisory role or as a confident Sales Advisor seeking career progression.
• Industry or merchant experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers.
