VTA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Branch/Rental Fleet Manager to take ownership of a busy hire branch in Middleton. You will oversee day-to-day operations, bookings, fleet availability and team leadership, with autonomy to implement improvements and grow the business.

The role requires previous car/van hire experience, supervisory skills, and a strong customer-service mindset. A company vehicle/allowance and a performance bonus are offered as part of the package.

• Organised, reliable and confident working independently.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

We're Hiring Branch / Rental Fleet Manager

Car & Van Hire | Middleton, Manchester

£29,000 - £35,000 DOE + BONUS + COMPANY VEHICLE | OTE £50,000

TAKE OWNERSHIP OF A BUSY VEHICLE HIRE BRANCH

We are a small, independent and growing car and van hire company looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch/RentalFleetManagerto take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our busy hire branch. This is not a desk-only role. You'll be involved across the business, from customer service and bookings to fleet management, vehicle availability and team leadership.

You'll have the autonomy to make the branch your own, introduce new ideas, improve operations and play a key role in growing the business. You'll also be responsible for building your branch support team, either by bringing an experienced Hire Assistant with you or recruiting and onboarding the right person.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Includes occasional Saturdays and longer hours during busy periods
