Allports Rental operates a growing fleet of more than 1,800 Vans, Trucks and Trailers throughout the UK. We offer a full range of Contract Hire and Rental services providing tailor-made transport solutions to our expanding customer base.

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are seeking a Hire Controller to join the Rental Operations team based at our Fradley Park Lichfield Rental Centre.

About the role:

Vehicle / Trailer Rental Experience is essential

The role requires an ambitious individual to work within the team managing our National customer base hire requirements for van, truck and trailer rental.

You will have a great telephone manner as this is essential to deliver our outstanding Customer Experience, communicating with customers to understand their Rental requirements and making bookings on our systems. You will also be checking vehicles both on and off-hire, raising of Rental Agreements with customers and handing over the vehicle on arrival of customers.

To succeed in this role applicants must be an excellent communicator and able to work well both as part of a team.
